This project will completely overhaul the Collaborative Legislation module, drawing inspiration from the platform’s more advanced and more user-friendly Participatory Budgeting module. The revamp will introduce a flexible, intuitive interface allowing administrators to effortlessly toggle, reorder, and rename participatory phases with drag-and-drop simplicity. By adopting a (more) modular, customizable layout, this update will empower organizations to tailor participatory process to their unique needs, significantly enhancing usability and engagement for both administrators and participants.
A major advantage would be that this would enable a form of project-based participation—that is, participatory processes focused on a specific topic, such as the redesign of a public square. Within this project, all tools—from debates to votes—could then be utilized, and the results could be evaluated more easily and effectively at the end.
